Welcome!
My name is Annette Ochoa.

Marketing Intro

As a B2B SaaS marketer, my mission is to act as a catalyst for hyper-growth by leveraging comprehensive Marketing strategies. I have accelerated revenue, pipeline and brand awareness for early stage start ups (Series A, B, C) by leading Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Content, ABM, SDRs, and more.

My technical abilities and love of mentorship have allowed me to hire and build high-preforming Marketing teams. I truly love being able to help individuals find their strengths only to prosper in and out of work.

Fun Facts

  • You may have noticed the “8a” in my branding. In Spanish, 8 is spelled “Ocho”. Add an “a” to that and you have my last name, Ochoa.

  • I am the luckiest gal to be engaged to my wonderful partner, Jeff Jung. He is on his own path to be a PA (Physician Assistant) after a career as an Organic Chemist. I am very proud of him for pursuing his dreams!

  • I have a white golden retriever, Meeka, who is a hospital dog and my obsession. We are currently volunteering at memory care facilities.

Personal Intro

While I was born in Guadalajara, Mexico, my family moved to San Diego, CA when I was four years old. Growing up, my mother and five older brothers cultivated my competitive and playful nature with every team sport available. I am still quite active to this day, however now it involves engaging with our natural world in any way possible. Having studied Environmental Science and Biology at Santa Clara University, I am constantly amazed and inspired by the closed-loop, elegant architecture that drives our world.

Out of college, I worked in a non-profit, The HEAL Project, teaching kids about health, nutrition, and agriculture. Although that was a dream job, I moved into tech because I recognized humanity was evolving, in a large part, due to technology. I feel extremely fortunate to have found my way as a tech Marketing leader as it allows me to be creative, analytical, logical, and playful. More importantly, I hope to showcase a type of leadership that values people as people
